-All Cancellations are subject to VAT,
-We refer to days as calendar days,
-Catering to be ordered in line with the deadline noted on the menus. If this is missed, a late fee will be added to the booking as outlined on the menus;
-The Admin Fee is to cover the work undertaken to plan the layout of the space, gather quotes, place orders etc. depending on the time spent to do the above and the value of the booking.
